Successful surgical treatment of complete cervical agenesia with duplicate uterus associated with severe DIE

Cervical agenesis is a rare clinical condition presenting with primary amenorrhea and often associated other Müllerian duct malformations. Quick definitive surgical treatment essential in preventing later, severe complications associating consequential endometriosis. The unsuccessful series of operations result loss the uterus. major challenge approaches not to reconstruct flow menstrual fluid but sustain anatomic situation prevent later stenosis obstruction. In our case report we present steps successful complex malformation excellent long-term results. 26-year-old patient history 3 previous presented clinic stage IV had abdominal pain each menstruation MRI scan confirmed complete cervical agenesia uterus duplex consequent haematometra, haematosalpinx endometriotic cysts (DIE).
